What You’ll Do

  • Administer the filling of vacancies for the Compensation Fund
  • Manage and update the HR information system to ensure accurate data
  • Oversee recruitment and selection activities to attract top talent
  • Safeguard and maintain HR records to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to implement best practices in personnel management
  • Uphold customer service standards in line with Batho Pele principles

What You’ll Need

  • Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
  • A three-year qualification in Human Resource Management or Personnel Management (NQF Level 6 recognized by SAQA)
  • An introductory certificate in the PERSAL system is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Management methodologies, principles, and strategies
  • Familiarity with relevant HRM systems and digital acumen
  • Understanding of public service regulations and legislative requirements
  • Strong data integrity and management skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data
  • Computer literacy, especially in MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
