What You’ll Need

  • Matriculation/Grade 12/Senior certificate.
  • A Certificate in Human Resource Management.
  • Knowledge of departmental policies and procedures, including HR-related systems like PERSAL.
  • Understanding of Batho Pele Principles, the Employment Equity Act, and Public Service Regulations.
  • Strong computer literacy and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
