What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • A National Diploma in Office Administration, Office Management and Technology, or Public Administration (NQF 6).
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience before or after obtaining your qualification.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to public service.
  • Basic understanding of financial administration principles.
  • Strong language skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and excellent organizational skills.
  • High level of reliability, tact, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
