What You’ll Do

  • Provide secretarial and receptionist support to the Chief Director
  • Assist with administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes

  • Research and study relevant public service and departmental policies to ensure compliance

What You’ll Need

  • National Diploma in Office Administration, Office Management & Technology, or Public Administration (NQF 6)
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience before or after obtaining your qualification
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Basic understanding of financial administration processes
  • Strong language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
  • Proficient in computer literacy and good telephone etiquette
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality
