What You’ll Do

  • Provide secretarial and reception support to the Chief Director
  • Manage the Chief Director’s calendar and organize meetings
  • Assist with the administration of the Chief Director’s budget
  • Ensure compliance with relevant public service policies and departmental prescripts
  • Facilitate communication and liaise with various stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain documents and records efficiently

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or equivalent qualification
  • An accredited secretarial diploma or administrative qualification at NQF level 5 or higher
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting management or senior management
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, office administration, and procurement processes
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in information management systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
