What You’ll Do

• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal nursing care.
• Implement comprehensive clinical nursing practices in outpatient settings according to national standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical nursing practices, promoting a culture of accountability.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a supportive work environment.

• Perform delegated duties and cover for the assistant nurse manager as needed.

What You’ll Need

• A Basic R425 qualification (Diploma/Degree in General Nursing and Midwifery) that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
• Current SANC registration as a Professional Nurse, valid until 2026.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant nursing experience post-registration.
• Strong understanding of nursing legislation and ethical practices.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients and team members.
• Basic IT literacy to support service delivery.
• Ability to plan work efficiently while managing time effectively.
