What You’ll Do

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring effective service delivery.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff, fostering their development and performance management.
  • Handle information management, including data collection, verification, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with facility committees and other stakeholders to improve health service delivery.
  • Coordinate and evaluate health programs and community-based services in your area.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and supply chain management protocols for effective budgeting.
  • Maintain oversight of clinic infrastructure, maintenance, and security.

What You’ll Need

  • A Basic R425 qualification or equivalent, allowing registration as a Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
  • A post-basic nursing qualification in Clinical Nursing Science or a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, also registered with SANC.
  • A minimum of 9 years of nursing experience following registration, with at least 5 years in a relevant specialty.
  • A valid driver’s license (Code B/EB) and willingness to rotate between clinics.
  • Strong managerial skills and experience in Primary Health Care Facilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
