What You’ll Do

• Provide direction and supervision for the implementation of nursing care plans.
• Ensure the delivery of quality patient care in alignment with established standards and regulations.

What You’ll Need

• A Basic R425 qualification or a 4-year Bachelor Degree in Nursing, allowing registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
• Registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse.
• For Grade 2, a minimum of 10 years’ relevant nursing experience is required after registration with the SANC.
• For Grade 3, at least 20 years of relevant nursing experience is required.
• Willingness to work shifts, including day, night, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
