What You’ll Do
- Assist in the planning and organization of objectives for the specialized unit at the clinic.
- Manage resources effectively to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Supervise nursing staff and support personnel, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Monitor and assess the provision of comprehensive services at the PHC clinic.
- Participate in community health programs, including Operation Sukuma Sakhe.
- Foster effective communication with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure compliance with health norms and standards.
- Contribute to nursing policy formulation and implementation.
- Conduct clinical audits to evaluate patient care and management.
- Address patient complaints and enhance client satisfaction.
What You’ll Need
- Degree or National Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery.
- Proof of current registration with SANC as a Professional Nurse and Midwife.
- Post Basic nursing qualification in Curative Skills in Primary Health Care.
- A minimum of 9 years of nursing experience, including 5 years post qualification in the relevant specialty.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Basic financial and human resource management knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license (Code B) is advantageous.
