What You’ll Do

• Assist in the planning and organization of objectives for the specialized unit at the clinic.
• Manage resources effectively to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Supervise nursing staff and support personnel, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Monitor and assess the provision of comprehensive services at the PHC clinic.
• Participate in community health programs, including Operation Sukuma Sakhe.
• Foster effective communication with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with health norms and standards.
• Contribute to nursing policy formulation and implementation.
• Conduct clinical audits to evaluate patient care and management.
• Address patient complaints and enhance client satisfaction.

What You’ll Need

• Degree or National Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery.
• Proof of current registration with SANC as a Professional Nurse and Midwife.
• Post Basic nursing qualification in Curative Skills in Primary Health Care.
• A minimum of 9 years of nursing experience, including 5 years post qualification in the relevant specialty.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Basic financial and human resource management knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license (Code B) is advantageous.
