What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Information Technology or a related qualification.
  • CCNP certification or an equivalent qualification is essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a junior management role within the information technology sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of networking technologies and government decision-making processes.
  • Understanding of public service regulations and performance management principles.
  • Strong project management and business analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
