What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the development of effective monitoring and evaluation systems for NPOs.
  • Conduct financial and governance assessments for both existing and new NPOs.
  • Monitor and review the services provided by NPOs, ensuring alignment with provincial and national policies.
  • Administer the Non-Financial Data (NFD) process to support informed decision-making.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant 3-year National Diploma or B-Degree (or equivalent).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation, regulatory frameworks, and best practices impacting social development.
  • Understanding of project management and operational management practices.
  • Skills in numeracy, computer literacy, and effective communication.
  • Capacity to analyze information and report findings clearly.
