What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive MIS services to support the college’s operations.
- Maintain and administer the TVETMIS, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Capture and extract data for various academic and administrative reports.
- Compile and produce statistics and reports that inform decision-making.
- Facilitate the renewal of TVETMIS licenses in a timely manner.
- Manage updates and information on COLTECH and other related systems.
- Provide administrative support for all academic and student-related programmes.
What You’ll Need
- National Diploma (NQF 6) or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Data Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Management Information Systems or Data Management.
- Familiarity with TVET policies, TVETMIS systems, and annual reporting requirements.
- Understanding of the CET Act, PSET, ISO, and quality management systems.
- Knowledge of information systems, office management, and data warehousing principles.
