What You’ll Do

• Drive light and medium motor vehicles for transporting passengers and delivering documents.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the allocated vehicle and report any defects.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records and logbooks for the goods handled.
• Provide clerical support by collecting and delivering documentation within the department.
• Assist with copying and faxing documents and supporting registry functions.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of Grade 10/Standard 8 (ABET level 4) qualification.
• A valid Code B driver’s license and Public Driving Permit (PDP).
• Basic knowledge of messenger functions and routine office support tasks.
• Familiarity with vehicle operation procedures, including maintenance and record-keeping.
• Understanding of policies regarding the proper use of motor vehicles.
