What You’ll Do

• Provide medical treatment to team members during expeditions.
• Conduct minor dental procedures and X-rays as required.
• Prepare reports and perform stock-takes of food and medicines.
• Order medical supplies and equipment for expeditions.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and overall cleanliness.
• Support the team leader in coordinating and training on emergency procedures.
• Foster motivation and encouragement among team members during challenging missions.

What You’ll Need

• National Diploma or Degree in Nursing, or a Certificate in Operational Emergency Care Practitioner.
• Registration with HPCSA or SANC is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in nursing or healthcare.
• Knowledge of nursing care processes and relevant legal frameworks.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team.
