What You’ll Do
- Manage and provide care for patients admitted to a level 2/3 package of service facility.
- Support the implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols for surgical care.
- Participate actively in academic and training programs to enhance professional development.

- Collaborate with hospital management to maintain efficient patient care services.
- Engage in continuous professional development and mentorship of junior staff.
What You’ll Need
- An MBChB degree that qualifies for registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Medical Practitioner.
- A minimum of ten years’ experience after registration for Grade 3 positions.
- Sound knowledge of medical ethics, multidisciplinary management, and teamwork.
- Skills in clinical assessment, management, and effective communication.
- Knowledge of current health policies, regulations, and priorities within the public service.
- Ability to work under supervision and as part of a dedicated team.
