What You’ll Do

• Manage and provide care for patients admitted to a level 2/3 package of service facility.
• Support the implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols for surgical care.

What You’ll Need

• An MBChB degree that qualifies for registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Medical Practitioner.
• A minimum of ten years’ experience after registration for Grade 3 positions.
• Sound knowledge of medical ethics, multidisciplinary management, and teamwork.
• Skills in clinical assessment, management, and effective communication.
• Knowledge of current health policies, regulations, and priorities within the public service.
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a dedicated team.
