What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical services to patients at Vredendal North Clinic, ensuring the highest standard of care.
- Conduct forensic services and contribute to the management of healthcare delivery.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives for healthcare staff to enhance service quality.
- Engage in research activities and support health programs aimed at improving community health outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective service management.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate qualification allowing registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Medical Practitioner.
- Registration with the HPCSA as a Medical Practitioner.
- For Grade 1: No experience required for SA-qualified employees; 1 year of relevant experience for foreign-qualified employees.
- For Grade 2: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Practitioner for SA-qualified employees; 6 years for foreign-qualified employees.
- For Grade 3: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Medical Practitioner for SA-qualified employees; 11 years for foreign-qualified employees.
- A valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license and willingness to partake in the commuted overtime system.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and computer skills, along with a sound knowledge of the Primary Health Care approach.
