What You’ll Do

• Manage patient care in a level 2/3 package of service facility.
• Assist in developing and implementing clinical guidelines and protocols.
• Participate in academic programs and training for medical staff.
• Conduct clinical audits and contribute to continuous professional development.
• Support hospital management in maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Engage in teaching and guiding junior staff members in the department.

What You’ll Need

• An MBChB degree allowing registration with the HPCSA as a Medical Practitioner.
• Current HPCSA registration as a Medical Practitioner (2026).
• Ability to work shifts as required.
• Sound knowledge of medical ethics and current health policies.
• Experience in multidisciplinary management and teamwork within a medical discipline.
• Strong clinical skills, including consultation, history taking, and clinical assessment.
• Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Stress tolerance and the ability to work effectively within a team.
