What You’ll Do

• Lead the strategic and operational management of clinical service departments.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and corporate governance standards.
• Develop and implement standard operating practices for patient care.
• Manage human resources effectively within various clinical departments.

What You’ll Need

• A qualification that allows registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Medical Practitioner.
• Current registration with the HPCSA as a Medical Practitioner.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience post-registration as a Medical Practitioner.
• A valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
• Strong managerial experience in clinical services within healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and capable of analyzing statistical and financial data.
