What You’ll Do
- Provide effective legal administrative support services for the Fund.
- Handle litigation and represent the Fund at various legal hearings.
- Liaise with third parties to facilitate legal processes.
- Manage and review the claims of objections hearing process.
- Render administrative support for applications under sections 56 and 91.
What You’ll Need
- A four-year legal tertiary qualification or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of postgraduate experience in legal services.
- Admission as an Advocate or Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the COIDA Act and Public Service Regulations.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and business writing skills.
- Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
