About the Role
The Moveable Government Property & Services department is seeking a dedicated Labourer to join their team at the Provisioning Warehouse in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. What You’ll Do
- Conduct stock checks and inventory management
- Unload stock received from the National Bulk Store
- Count and report any damaged or missing stock
- Pick, pack, and store items efficiently
- Assist customers in identifying and locating required items
What You’ll Need
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
- South African citizenship with documentary proof
- ABET Level 4/Grade 9/Standard 7/NQF Level 1 qualification
- Basic literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with colleagues and customers
- Capability to operate elementary machines and equipment
- Willingness to work extended hours if necessary
