What You’ll Do

• Handle misconduct cases, grievances, and disputes to ensure proper resolution.
• Advise management on labour relations matters to minimize unfair practices.
• Capture information regarding misconduct cases and grievances on the employee relations management system for record-keeping.
• Provide secretariat services to the institution’s consultative committee.

What You’ll Need

• A recognized three-year degree or diploma in Labour Law, Labour Relations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in computer literacy.
• Strong knowledge of labour relations legislation and processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Analytical, presentation, negotiation, organizing, and interpersonal relationship skills.
