What You’ll Do
- Assist in managing Employee Health and Wellness programmes.
- Support the implementation of HIV/AIDS and TB management initiatives.
- Contribute to the management of health and productivity programs.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for promoting employee wellness.
- Participate in training and awareness campaigns to educate staff on health issues.
- Help in gathering and analyzing data related to employee health and productivity.
- Prepare reports on program effectiveness and areas for improvement.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification in Social Work or Psychology at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
- No previous experience required, making it ideal for recent graduates.
- Knowledge of Employee Health and Wellness programs and mental health care principles.
- Familiarity with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and departmental policies and procedures.
- Strong counselling, motivational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and report writing.
- Creativity and numeracy skills to contribute effectively to program initiatives.
