What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute inspections to ensure compliance with labour legislation.
  • Conduct independent investigations into reported contraventions of the law.
  • Carry out proactive (Blitz) inspections to monitor ongoing compliance.
  • Develop and implement advocacy campaigns on various Labour Legislation.
  • Draft and maintain detailed inspection plans and reports, including statistical analysis of cases.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Labour Relations, BCOM Law, or LLB (3 years).
  • At least one year of functional experience in Inspection and Enforcement Services.
  • A valid driver’s licence to facilitate travel for inspections.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various labour laws and acts.
  • Strong skills in facilitation, planning, computer literacy, negotiation, and problem-solving.
