What You’ll Do
- Enable access and utilization of the EMIS and related IT solutions.
- Facilitate the provisioning of infrastructure necessary for effective system use.
- Support the development and enhancement of electronic business solutions for knowledge management.
- Maintain and update EMIS and related systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist with user training and support processes in collaboration with education districts.
- Liaise with stakeholders for standardized reporting and ad hoc requests.
- Aid in the publication and dissemination of educational information.
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate (or equivalent) and a relevant three-year qualification.
- At least one year of experience in information management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and project management.
- A focus on customer satisfaction and quality orientation.
