What You’ll Do

  • Enable access to the Education Management Information System (EMIS) and related IT solutions.
  • Facilitate the provision of necessary infrastructure, including hardware, software, and connectivity.
  • Support the development and enhancement of electronic business solutions for effective information management.
  • Maintain the EMIS and related systems, ensuring data integrity through system and data analysis.
  • Assist in the facilitation of training and support for EMIS users in collaboration with education districts.
  • Render support for the publication and dissemination of educational information across appropriate platforms.
  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding standardized reporting and ad hoc requests.

What You’ll Need

  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent, along with a three-year relevant qualification.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in information management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in at least two official languages.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A thorough understanding of knowledge management and information systems.
  • Proficient in project management, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
