What You’ll Do
- Assist in managing PERSAL status reports and exceptional reports.
- Handle circulars, practice notes, and monitoring letters as per guidelines.
- Clear suspense files and manage routine inquiries effectively.
- Support the functionality of the PERSAL system, including user access and restrictions.
- Organise, record, and retrieve correspondence and data efficiently.
- Maintain filing systems for incoming and outgoing documents.
- Update and maintain the PERSAL Training Database and manage training coordination.
- Compile monthly reports and ensure accurate record-keeping.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent at NQF Level 4 recognized by SAQA.
- Understanding of HR-related prescripts and acts, particularly regarding PERSAL system functionality.
- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of PERSAL policies and delegations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and possess strong interpersonal skills.
