What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to the directorate, ensuring smooth operations.
- Capture and maintain data in the departmental database accurately.
- Handle and control essential documents related to community safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to provide information required for decision-making.
What You’ll Need
- National Senior Certificate or an equivalent qualification, along with an appropriate undergraduate degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role or related field.
- Valid driver’s license (Code 160 PUBLIC, with exceptions for persons with disabilities).
- Strong knowledge of policies related to the Domestic Violence Act, Criminal Procedure Act, and community safety regulations.
- Proficient communication and facilitation skills, along with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
