What You’ll Do
- Manage and oversee administrative duties related to personnel services within Quality Management.
- Address issues concerning discipline and absenteeism while facilitating service terminations and transfers.
- Ensure data integrity across HR functions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in grievance and performance management processes to uphold employee standards.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance human resource utilization and effectiveness.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in human resources or a related field.
- A three-year diploma or degree (NQF level 6 or higher) recognized by SAQA.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Strong knowledge of public service prescripts and HR functions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, along with general computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
- A valid driver’s license for at least a light motor vehicle is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating strong planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
