What You’ll Do

  • Manage leave administration and recruitment processes for police personnel
  • Oversee post-promotions, transfers, and service terminations
  • Handle discipline-related matters and acting allowances
  • Update SAPS 96 records and manage rank translations
  • Compile monthly and quarterly HR reports
  • Assist with employee health and wellness matters
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives

What You’ll Need

  • Competency in core HR functions relevant to the position
  • Proficiency in English and one other official language
  • Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of four years’ experience in a similar HR role
  • A three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) is advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license is required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and extended hours
