What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the administration of Quarterly Review Sessions to evaluate departmental performance
  • Gather and analyze performance information from various components
  • Support senior management with the preparation of presentations for quarterly and annual reports
  • Compile monitoring and evaluation reports on departmental performance
  • Ensure quality control of provincial performance information audits
  • Manage resources assigned to Management Information and Strategic Planning

What You’ll Need

  • Competency in the core functions of the post
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
  • Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a relevant field
  • An applicable three (3) year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • General computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate accountability
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
