What You’ll Do
- Administer disciplinary processes in accordance with SAPS Discipline Regulations.
- Monitor and coordinate employee relations matters within the Forensic Science Laboratory.
- Organize and facilitate awareness sessions on effective handling of discipline.
- Ensure compliance with relevant prescripts and procedures in employee relations.
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records related to human resources processes.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- General computer literacy skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, professionally, and responsibly.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work under pressure and extended hours as needed.
