What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant courses in human resources or administration will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in general computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong competency in independent and professional conduct.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-developed planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
