What You’ll Do

- Draft correspondences and provide effective telephone support.
- Update and administer the brought forward system for tracking applications.
- Ensure documents are accurately traced and maintained for easy access.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant courses in human resources or administration will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in general computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong competency in independent and professional conduct.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-developed planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
