What You’ll Do
- Handle inquiries related to pay point and financial processes.
- Administer financial authority for expenditures incurred.
- Receive and process claim forms efficiently.
- Manage financial payments, standing advances, and related administrative processes on POLFIN.
- Ensure accurate processing of claims, advances, and debts.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or an equivalent qualification.
- Relevant courses in finance or related fields are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and credibility.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective planning, organizing, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
