What You’ll Do
- Process claims and standing advances efficiently and accurately.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of claim forms before submission to the financial authority.
- Manage and oversee financial payments, claims, and debts using POLFIN.
- Administer overtime remuneration and allowances for employees.
- Monitor and check phone accounts and payments for accuracy.
- Control and administer state money losses and issue face value forms.
- Handle payments to suppliers and issue receipts for money received.
- Ensure deposits are made at the accounting station or financial institution.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant courses in finance or administration will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with professionalism.
- A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
