What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of designated areas within the forensic pathology services facilities.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks including washing, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and sweeping.
- Ensure the hygiene of restrooms, bathrooms, and other communal spaces.
- Dispose of garbage responsibly and maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Report any maintenance needs or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Implement basic security measures and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Assess and address hygiene situations and potential hazards within the facilities.
What You’ll Need
- NQF Level 1 or 2 (ABET Level 2 Certificate or equivalent) is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical strength and stamina to meet the demands of the role.
- Honesty, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward work responsibilities.
