What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of designated areas within the forensic pathology services facilities.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks including washing, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and sweeping.
• Ensure the hygiene of restrooms, bathrooms, and other communal spaces.
• Dispose of garbage responsibly and maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Report any maintenance needs or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Implement basic security measures and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assess and address hygiene situations and potential hazards within the facilities.

What You’ll Need

• NQF Level 1 or 2 (ABET Level 2 Certificate or equivalent) is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physical strength and stamina to meet the demands of the role.
• Honesty, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward work responsibilities.
