What You’ll Do

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in assigned areas, including restrooms, kitchens, and offices.
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as washing, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and sweeping.
  • Manage the disposal of garbage and ensure proper hygiene in all areas.
  • Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized, safe, and in good working condition.
  • Report any maintenance issues or equipment repairs needed promptly.
  • Monitor and implement safety measures related to fire and electricity hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and universal precautionary measures.
  • Assist with setting up the boardroom and other areas for meetings and events.

What You’ll Need

  • NQF level 1 or 2 (ABET level 2 certificate or equivalent).
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Physical strength to meet the demands of the role.
  • Reliability and honesty in performing duties.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
