What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in assigned areas, including restrooms and kitchens.
• Remove garbage and ensure proper disposal practices are followed.
• Conduct regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and sweeping.
• Manage cleaning supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Safeguard cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Implement basic security measures for the facility.
• Monitor and report any potential hazards related to hygiene and safety.
• Assist with simple maintenance tasks as required.

What You’ll Need

• NQF level 1 or 2 (ABET level 2 certificate or equivalent).
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physical strength to meet the demands of the position.
• Team player with a reliable and honest work ethic.
