What You’ll Do
- Perform housekeeping and cleaning services to ensure cleanliness in designated areas.
- Manage waste disposal and maintain hygiene in restrooms and other facilities.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and report shortages as needed.
- Safeguard and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Assist in setting up the boardroom for meetings, including arranging chairs and providing refreshments.
- Implement basic security measures, such as locking doors and closing windows.
- Identify and report any hazards or maintenance issues within the premises.
- Follow hygiene regulations and implement universal precautionary measures.
What You’ll Need
- NQF Level 1 or 2 (ABET Level 2 certificate or equivalent).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliability and honesty in handling responsibilities.
- Physical strength to meet the demands of cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
