About the Opportunity
GWConnect NPC is offering a fixed-term internship for Information Technology graduates. Located in Butterworth, Eastern Cape, this program is designed to transition graduates from academic learning to a professional IT environment. Interns will receive a monthly salary of R5,000 and gain exposure to technical support, Microsoft technologies, SAP systems, networking, and business IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
Interns will assist the IT team with daily operational and support activities. Responsibilities include providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Microsoft 365 users, and participating in business-wide system rollouts. Interns will also maintain IT infrastructure and provide customer service support to internal users.
Requirements/Qualifications
Applicants must have a National Diploma or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and IT support processes. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills are essential.
