What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support to users on the local area network (LAN).
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and perform software installations.
- Deliver help desk assistance and technical support services.
- Render technical user support services to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform administrative functions related to user support and network management.
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate and a National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or a relevant qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in the field of Information Technology.
- Knowledge of the Public Service Act, Constitution of South Africa, PFMA, and related regulations.
- Strong skills in applied strategic thinking, problem analysis, communication, and decision-making.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
