What You’ll Do

• Attend to and resolve IT-related action requests promptly.
• Respond to network-related calls and address issues immediately.
• Initiate and participate in ICT projects, ensuring timely implementation.
• Render information security, backup, and recovery services.
• Conduct user awareness workshops to promote technology use.
• Perform hardware and software audits to maintain system integrity.
• Communicate efficiently with officials regarding incidents and logged calls.

What You’ll Need

• A National Diploma or advanced certificate in IT or an equivalent NQF 6 qualification.
• A bachelor’s degree in IT (NQF 7) is an added advantage.
• Certifications such as A+, N+, CISCO, and CCNA will be beneficial.
• A minimum of two years’ relevant practical experience in an IT environment.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technology and software configuration.
• Proficiency in network operating systems and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and report writing skills.
• Problem-solving and project management abilities; a team player.
