What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage forensic investigation cases in accordance with set deliverables and timelines.
- Execute fieldwork for assigned cases, ensuring adherence to quality standards and methodologies.
- Report progress on investigations to the Assistant Director weekly and to the Deputy Director monthly, or as needed.
- Prepare written reports on cases, summarizing findings and recommendations in line with departmental standards.
- Close cases following completion of investigations, maintaining thorough records as per the Case Management Register.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Forensic Investigations, Law, or Auditing.
- At least two years of experience in forensic investigations.
- Familiarity with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and the Institute of Commercial Forensic Practitioners (ICFP) standards.
- Strong writing, verbal communication, and interviewing skills.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with conflict management and interpersonal skills.
- Competence in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
