What You’ll Do

• Operate kitchen appliances to prepare meals and snacks.
• Assist with food preparation during field exercises.
• Dish up meals and ensure the correct portions for clients.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and dining areas.
• Serve beverages such as tea or coffee to patients.
• Collect and return dishes and trolleys after meals.
• Supply clients with fresh water daily and wash their water bottles.
• Mop the kitchen floor after each meal and keep it tidy.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in food preparation.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of an ABET qualification.
