Role: Field Coordinator

We are seeking highly passionate and experienced candidates to join our organization. You will utilize your convincing and persuasive skills to add value to our portfolio of renewable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Identify and engage farmers practicing regenerative agriculture
• Assess farmer eligibility for carbon farming program
• Onboard farmers by signing MoUs and collecting documents
• Conduct farm surveys and create KML/shape files
• Coordinate with Oyu Green team for reporting and execution
• Minimum 2,500–5,000 hectares onboarding per month
• 100% completion of farmer documentation and surveys
• Accurate KML/shape file submission for onboarded farms

Required Qualifications:

• Agricultural background with 2–3 years in agriculture/field operations
• Basic understanding of regenerative agriculture practices
• Experience with farm surveys and data collection
• Basic knowledge of GPS tools
• Experience working with farmers / rural field operations
• Ability to onboard farmers and manage documentation
• Willingness to travel extensively in field areas
