About the Opportunity

The FAIS Ombud is offering a 12-month Graduate Training Programme designed to provide graduates with practical workplace experience in the Human Resources field. As part of this programme, you will work within the Human Resources Department, receiving mentorship and exposure to various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Graduate Intern, you will provide administrative support across various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include managing employee records, supporting recruitment and selection processes, assisting with onboarding, ensuring HR compliance, and participating in training and development administration. You will also support payroll, leave, and employee benefits administration, and help compile accurate HR reports and data.

Requirements/Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Diploma at NQF Level 6 or a Degree at NQF Level 7 in Human Resource Management or a related field. South African citizenship and a valid South African identity document are required. Candidates should have a strong academic background, high integrity, computer literacy, and an interest in public service and the financial sector. An energetic, self-driven, and deadline-focused attitude is essential.
