About the Role

The Department of Health is seeking a dedicated Facility Manager for the Delft Community Health Centre (CHC). What You’ll Do

• Manage the daily operations of the Delft Community Health Centre and its associated services.
• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to enhance service delivery.
• Oversee financial management, supply chain processes, and facilities management.
• Ensure compliance with public sector legislation and health sector regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
• Monitor and evaluate service quality and client satisfaction levels.
• Manage information and data to support decision-making processes.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of a three-year Diploma or Degree in a health-related or managerial field.
• Relevant managerial experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO), private sector, or state sector.
• A valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
• Proven leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of public sector legislation and health sector practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
