The Department of Health is seeking a dedicated Facility Manager for the Delft Community Health Centre (CHC). What You’ll Do
- Manage the daily operations of the Delft Community Health Centre and its associated services.
- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to enhance service delivery.
- Oversee financial management, supply chain processes, and facilities management.
- Ensure compliance with public sector legislation and health sector regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Monitor and evaluate service quality and client satisfaction levels.
- Manage information and data to support decision-making processes.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a three-year Diploma or Degree in a health-related or managerial field.
- Relevant managerial experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO), private sector, or state sector.
- A valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
- Proven leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of public sector legislation and health sector practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
