What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate internal and external examination assessment services.
  • Conduct training for invigilators, markers, and data capturers.
  • Facilitate examination and irregularity committee meetings and serve as the Secretariat.
  • Process applications and manage the issuance of certificates.
  • Provide administrative support for the examination unit.
  • Ensure compliance of examination venues.
  • Administer the receipt, distribution, and submission of examination materials.
  • Issue results and certificates to students.
  • Assist lecturers with the Integrated Tertiary Software (ITS).
  • Supervise staff involved in examination processes.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/NCV level 4 certificate or equivalent.
  • A recognized National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Education, Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in examination services or a teaching and learning environment.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of the White Paper on Post-School Education and Training (PSET) Act.
  • Familiarity with the Public TVET Sector and its regulatory framework.
  • Understanding of the Higher Education Sector and relevant policy frameworks.
  • Proficiency in COLTECH, TVETMIS, and ITS systems.
  • Awareness of the Skills Development Act and Public Service Regulations.
