What You’ll Do

  • Present and facilitate training programs for staff and external providers.
  • Schedule and program training interventions to meet departmental needs.
  • Assist in the design, development, and accreditation of new training curricula and courses.
  • Contribute to quality assurance activities related to the ISO 9001:2015 standards and other regulatory bodies.
  • Evaluate and update existing learning programs, converting them to online formats as necessary.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders on training and development initiatives.
  • Support the operational management of the Directorate and its sub-directorates, particularly in planning and execution.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate 3-year National Diploma or B-Degree in Human or Social Sciences.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in training and development.
  • Knowledge of human resource development theories, methodologies, and frameworks applicable to the public service.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong skills in curriculum development, facilitation, and presentation.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • An innovative mindset with the ability to adapt and problem-solve effectively.
