What You’ll Do
- Market PES services to stakeholders and promote job opportunities
- Conduct recruitment, selection, and placement of registered work seekers
- Process requests for International Cross Border Labour Migration (ICBLM)
- Advise on skills availability and process applications for registration of Public Employment Agency (PEA)
- Supervise registration and referral services for job seekers
- Monitor the implementation of employment schemes and Labour Activation Programmes
- Oversee employer services administration at the Labour Centre
What You’ll Need
- A three-year relevant qualification in Social Science (Psychology, Industrial Psychology), Public Administration, Business Management, or Public Management
- A valid driver’s license
- A minimum of two years’ functional experience in a client-oriented environment
- Knowledge of relevant acts and guidelines, including the Employment Service Act and Skills Development Act
- Strong skills in planning, communication, computer usage, analytical thinking, and report writing
