What You’ll Do

• Market PES services to stakeholders and promote job opportunities
• Conduct recruitment, selection, and placement of registered work seekers
• Process requests for International Cross Border Labour Migration (ICBLM)
• Advise on skills availability and process applications for registration of Public Employment Agency (PEA)
• Supervise registration and referral services for job seekers
• Monitor the implementation of employment schemes and Labour Activation Programmes
• Oversee employer services administration at the Labour Centre

What You’ll Need

• A three-year relevant qualification in Social Science (Psychology, Industrial Psychology), Public Administration, Business Management, or Public Management
• A valid driver’s license
• A minimum of two years’ functional experience in a client-oriented environment
• Knowledge of relevant acts and guidelines, including the Employment Service Act and Skills Development Act
• Strong skills in planning, communication, computer usage, analytical thinking, and report writing
