What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and accredit new training curricula and courses.
  • Conduct quality assurance for the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards.
  • Evaluate, update, and convert learning programs to an online format.
  • Facilitate training programs and courses, both independently and in collaboration with experts.
  • Schedule and manage various training interventions and special projects.
  • Handle all course administration and liaise with relevant stakeholders in training and development.
  • Contribute to the operational management and development of business plans for the Directorate.

What You’ll Need

  • A 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree or higher).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resource development environment.
  • Knowledge of human resource development theories and practices.
  • Familiarity with the South African public service frameworks and policies.
  • Skills in curriculum development, research, and facilitation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
